A “failed delivery attempt” does not necessarily mean that a driver arrived at the destination address to drop off your package, but only that it departed from our facilities. We consider the attempt from the moment the package is sent out for delivery, not from the moment the driver arrives at the destination. This is because our company allocated and mobilized logistics resources to send the package, but something unforeseen happened that prevented the successful completion of the delivery (e.g., unexpected weather conditions, traffic accident, delay from the driver on their route).
