It is possible you have received an SMS or email with a link from Better Trucks redirecting you to https://address-correction.bettertrucks.com. This is because the system had troubles confirming your address and we need you to validate it.
Here you can find step by step how to put your address in this website to successfully validate or verify your address in order for us to deliver your package to the right place.
Note: If you received a link which already includes a tracking number or opens directly the address update website with the tracking number embedded on top, skip to step 2:
- Go to https://address-correction.bettertrucks.com and put the tracking number of your shipment in the "Tracking ID" field and the recipient's last name in "Recipient's Last name" field and click on "Continue":
- In the website's header you can find the tracking number associated with your shipment to confirm you are updating the right shipment.
In the The middle of the website is divided in two sections:- The left section shows the current/original address associated to your shipment (this would be the address causing troubles).
- In the right section you can find several empty fields where you can manually input the address you want your packages to be delivered.
Note: Please, make sure that to write any additional instructions to deliver your package in the "Delivery Notes" field. For example, a code to open the gate to the gated community or private complex, specify if you cannot receive the delivery driver in your door, if you need the package to be dropped in a specific place in the house or the vicinity, if the package can be or needs to be delivered at the entrance of the building or if the driver, if the driver needs to go up some stairs or any additional indication to differentiate your doorstep from the neighbor's, any additional information you consider necessary for us to make a successful delivery to your doorstep.
- The system will ask you to put the recipient's last name once more as a security measure, to guarantee that your shipment is not being wrongly updated. Then click on "Send Updates".
- In case the system cannot find your address after you fill it in, a mini map will appear on the right side of this middle section for you to zoom in or zoom out as needed, then grab the marker on the map and drag it until the exact position where you want the package to be delivered. This way we can have coordinates as reference for your package which will help us to make a proper delivery.
- Click on "Update Address" once more. Put the recipient's last name again to verify you are updating the right shipment and finally click on "Send Updates".
